Prosecutors probe leak of Kaczyński interrogation recording — Giertych in the spotlight

Polish prosecutors have launched a preliminary investigation into the leak of a recording from Jarosław Kaczyński's interrogation. Investigators say the only person who had access to the recording was Roman Giertych, the attorney representing Gerald Birgfellner. MP Giertych denies any involvement in the leak.
