Final Fantasy 7 Remake may expand to 4 or even 5 instalments

At the Final Fantasy 14 Fan Fest in Berlin, FF7 Remake director Naoki Hamaguchi suggested the series could grow to 4 or even 5 instalments, beyond the originally planned trilogy. Both Hamaguchi and FF14 lead Naoki Yoshida attended the event. No official confirmation of the expanded scope has been made.
