Carly Simon, 83, reveals she has Parkinson's disease

Singer-songwriter Carly Simon has revealed she has been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease. The 83-year-old also disclosed she underwent surgery for basal cell carcinoma on her face, which has made her "self-conscious about being seen in public."
