Łódź driver hits cyclist twice and flees — faces 10 years in prison

In Łódź, a 34-year-old driver deliberately hit a cyclist twice after the cyclist tried to flag him down, then fled the scene. The victim was hospitalised with serious injuries. Police arrested the driver, who has now been charged. He faces up to 10 years in prison.
