Łódź driver hits cyclist twice after altercation — faces 10 years in prison

A 34-year-old driver in Łódź deliberately hit a cyclist twice after the cyclist tried to confront him, then drove away. The victim was taken to hospital with serious injuries. The driver has been charged and faces up to 10 years in prison.
