Chinese PHEVs dethrone VW Tiguan — Volkswagen demands higher tariffs

Chinese plug-in hybrid vehicles have overtaken the Volkswagen Tiguan PHEV as Europe's best-selling PHEV, pushing the German model off the podium entirely. In response, Volkswagen is calling for higher tariffs on Chinese electric and hybrid vehicles sold in Europe.
