Driver runs over his brother lying on a road in Lubówiec — man killed

In the village of Lubówiec in Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship, a car driver ran over a man lying on the road. The victim turned out to be the driver's older brother, who died at the scene. Circumstances of the incident are being investigated.
