39-year-old left anti-personnel mines near shopping centre in Jelenia Góra

A 39-year-old man has been detained and remanded in custody on suspicion of leaving two anti-personnel mines near a shopping centre in Jelenia Góra. He faces up to eight years in prison if convicted.
