Drunk driver towed horse on a rope from his car near Mrągowo

Police in Mrągowo in the Warmia-Masuria region stopped a man who was driving a car while keeping a horse tethered on a rope running alongside the vehicle. Video footage of the incident was published. The man is to be questioned once sober.
