Polish life expectancy rises: men 75.4, women 82.5 years — but EU gap remains
New GUS data show Polish life expectancy has returned to a growth trend after the pandemic setback. Boys born in the reference year can expect to live an average of 75.37 years, and girls 82.48 years. Experts warn that two factors could halt this progress, and Poland still lags well behind the European leaders.
