Bill Oddie, comedian turned ornithologist and TV presenter, has died

Bill Oddie, a British comedian and former member of The Goodies, has died. He later gained wide recognition as an ornithologist and nature TV presenter. Oddie had spoken openly about finding nature a refuge from his struggles with mental illness, and was one of the most recognisable faces of British television.
