Vehicles up to 3.5t with a trailer exempt from e-TOLL from 21 September 2026
Poland's Ministry of Finance announced on Monday that from 21 September 2026, vehicles with a maximum permitted weight of up to 3.5 tonnes towing a trailer will be exempt from the e-TOLL electronic road-charging system. The change affects owners of such vehicle-and-trailer combinations who were previously required to register journeys in the system. No additional conditions or exceptions to the new rule were specified by the ministry.
