Polish fuel prices won't drop quickly — CPN subsidy programme on hold
Even if tensions in Iran ease, fuel prices at Polish petrol stations will not fall quickly, according to Urszula Cieślak from the Reflex fuel market research bureau. The government is also distancing itself from restoring the CPN (Lower Fuel Prices) subsidy programme, citing the high costs of previous subsidies. Cieślak noted the government is weighing the financial burden the programme placed on both the state and society.
