Drunk cyclists in Łódź region: 3 and 3.5 per mille blood alcohol

Police in the Łódź region recorded two cases of heavily intoxicated cyclists. In Skierniewice, a man riding a bicycle fell over with more than 3 per mille blood alcohol. Near Radomsko, a 33-year-old on an electric bike rode into a roadside ditch and was taken to hospital with injuries — he blew over 3.5 per mille.
