Deputy minister Raś drafted short-term rental law while earning from micro-flats he owned
Deputy Minister of Sport and Tourism Ireneusz Raś, who is responsible for drafting Poland's short-term rental regulation, was himself earning income from micro-flat rentals in a Łódź tenement, according to money.pl. Two weeks before joining the government, the PSL MP sold two of the flats to his brother, Rev. Dariusz Raś, while a third went to his ex-wife in a property settlement. The revelations raise potential conflict-of-interest concerns.
