Lithuania to require Russian and Belarusian artists to sign anti-war declaration

Lithuania's Foreign Ministry has proposed toughening the national sanctions law to target Russian and Belarusian cultural figures. Artists from both countries would be required to sign a public anti-war declaration. The proposal also involves broadening existing restrictions against those communities.
