Over 2,000 measles cases in the US — already more than all of last year

The United States has recorded more than 2,000 measles cases so far this year, surpassing the total for the whole of last year. Dr Jennifer Nuzzo of Brown University told NPR the resurgence is driven by declining vaccination rates. She outlined steps that could help halt the spread of the disease.
