Gen. Polko on military conscription: preconditions must be met first

Former GROM commander General Roman Polko commented on the question of reinstating compulsory military service in Poland during the "Newsroom WP" programme. Polko indicated that conscription could be considered, but only if certain preconditions were met first. He did not publicly specify what those conditions were.
