GTA 6: Rockstar clarifies which pre-order download codes are region-locked

Rockstar Games has clarified which boxed copy download codes for GTA 6 pre-orders will be subject to region locks. Confusion arose over a month ago when retailers posted conflicting information about which countries and regions the codes would be valid in.
