US medical schools expand nutrition education while sidestepping RFK Jr.'s MAHA agenda

Medical schools in the US, including McGovern Medical School at UT Health Houston, are expanding nutrition education with cooking demos and holistic gardens in response to Health Secretary RFK Jr.'s call for more dietary training. The Department of Health and Human Services listed 71 nutrition topics future doctors should master.
