Patient died after heart attack allegedly missed at Warsaw's Bródno Hospital

A woman identified as Grażyna arrived at the emergency room of Warsaw's Bródno Hospital with a severe heart attack and was seen by Dr Dawid Kacprzyk, who sent her to an observation ward rather than cardiology. She was transferred to the cardiology unit only several hours later, by which time it was too late and she died. The case is now under investigation by prosecutors, according to the Zero portal.
