Tyumen residents outraged by foul, undrinkable tap water

Residents of Russia's Tyumen region are posting online about foul-smelling, brownish tap water they say is unfit to drink or even wash with. Local authorities are accused of trying to cover up the environmental disaster rather than address it. The crisis is one of a series of problems currently overwhelming regional Russian administrations.
