Putin claims Russia was Ukraine's sole guarantor, not its enemy

Vladimir Putin, speaking to Russian navy soldiers, claimed that Russia had been the sole guarantor of Ukraine's territorial integrity and that Ukraine itself chose to declare Russia its enemy. He also made reference to Poland during the speech. Putin's remarks contradict the reality of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine.
