61-year-old died of heart attack at Warsaw hospital after misdiagnosis lasting over 5 hours

A 61-year-old woman identified as Grażyna died of an acute heart attack at the Masovian Bródno Hospital in Warsaw. According to the Zero.pl portal, symptoms of the infarction were visible in the first tests at the emergency department, but the correct diagnosis was made only after more than five hours. During that time she was treated with paracetamol; the attending doctor was named as Dawid Kacprzyk.
