Poland home to 2.3 million foreigners, GUS experimental data shows

An experimental study by Poland's Central Statistical Office (GUS) found that at the end of 2025, Poland's population stood at 38.8 million, including approximately 2.3 million foreigners. The figures highlight significant demographic shifts driven by years of rising immigration. The share of foreign residents is among the highest in Poland's recorded history.
