Poland's "Clean Air" scheme to get vetted contractor list from 2027
Poland's "Czyste Powietrze" (Clean Air) subsidy programme will introduce a list of vetted contractors from 2027, subject to approval by the European Investment Bank. Deputy Climate Minister Krzysztof Bolesta told PAP the reform also drops the previously planned three-way contracts that would have included contractors. The changes aim to improve transparency and quality of subsidised home insulation and heating upgrades.
