Summer Triangle returns to the night sky — how to spot it in July

The Summer Triangle — an unofficial asterism formed by the stars Vega, Deneb and Altair — is now visible high in the south-east from London at around 11pm UK time. It is one of the easiest star patterns to find in the northern summer sky and is also visible from the southern hemisphere. The triangle climbs higher as the night progresses.
