"Clean Air" programme to introduce trusted contractor list from 2027
Poland's "Clean Air" programme is set for reform: from 2027, a list of trusted contractors may be introduced to curb dishonest companies, subject to approval from the European Investment Bank. The Climate Ministry is also abandoning plans for tripartite contracts and is seeking alternative safeguards for programme beneficiaries.
