Working seniors in Poland can earn over 3,600 zł net on top of pension
Seniors accounted for 5% of all employed people in Poland in the final quarter of 2025, with the number continuing to grow. The rapid rise of the minimum wage is cited as the main incentive to keep working, with those employed at the minimum rate taking home over 3,600 zł net per month. This comes on top of their pension payments.
