GrapheneOS confirms Motorola support on track for 2027

GrapheneOS has confirmed that Motorola phones are on track to gain support for its privacy-focused operating system in 2027, thanks to Qualcomm hardware security improvements. The system requires devices to implement the latest secure element-backed rate limiting, which makes brute-force attacks significantly harder. The Motorola partnership was announced at MWC 2026 and will end GrapheneOS's long-standing exclusivity to Google Pixel devices.
