Iran accuses Ukraine of attacking merchant ship, threatens retaliation
Iran's foreign ministry accused Ukraine of attacking an Iranian merchant vessel and warned the strike "cannot go unanswered." Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi called the incident an "act of aggression." President Zelensky confirmed that Ukrainian forces had struck vessels transporting Iranian military equipment as well as a warship.
