D&D: Honor Among Thieves sequel written but blocked by financial reasons

Director and co-writer Jonathan Goldstein revealed at Comic-Con that a sequel to the 2023 film Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves has already been written, but cannot get the greenlight due to financial reasons. Goldstein developed the script alongside John Francis Daley, but the project is still awaiting studio approval.
