PiS spokesman attacks Morawiecki's association on behalf of Kaczyński

PiS spokesman Rafał Bochenek addressed members of the Rozwój Plus association, founded by Mateusz Morawiecki, on social media, acting "on behalf of chairman" Jarosław Kaczyński. He accused the group of focusing their energy on attacking PiS rather than criticising Prime Minister Donald Tusk's government.
