Rapper Aitch climbs one of world's toughest peaks inspired by sister with Down's syndrome

British rapper Aitch took on one of the world's toughest mountain climbs, motivated by his sister who has Down's syndrome. The challenge aims to raise money and awareness for the Down's Syndrome Association. Aitch has been undertaking a series of challenges in support of the charity.
