Israel blocking Lebanese army takeover of pilot zones in south Lebanon

Lebanon's military has accused Israel of violating agreements by shelling so-called "pilot villages" in southern Lebanon, preventing the Lebanese army from taking over designated zones. Israel is accused of obstructing the handover process agreed upon earlier.
