UN chief calls for all sanctions on Syria to be lifted during two-day visit

The UN Secretary-General, during the second day of his visit to Syria, called for an end to all sanctions imposed on the country. Several Western nations including the United States have announced easing of restrictions, but investors remain cautious about committing to Syria.
