'Pinocchio: Unstrung' review: puppet kills impress, but the film falls flat overall
British indie director Rhys Frake-Waterfield, known for the 2023 horror "Winnie-the-Pooh: Blood and Honey", returns with "Pinocchio: Unstrung", another entry in his public-domain horror series. Critics praise the puppet-based kill sequences for inventive choreography but find the film overall underwhelming. Like its predecessor, it is unlikely to achieve cult status.
