Cold Baltic summer drives tourists 100 km inland to Szczecin

This summer the Polish Baltic coast has been unusually cold and rainy, with temperatures of only around ten-plus degrees Celsius, driving beachgoers away from seaside resorts. Tourists are instead heading nearly 100 km inland to Szczecin, where local businesses report a noticeable surge in visitor numbers.
