PiS split deepens: new parliamentary club formed, regional battle intensifies

Despite PiS leader's Friday declaration that the crisis was over, the split in the party — which Mateusz Morawiecki's allies refuse to call a breakup — is entering a new phase. A separate parliamentary club is being formed and regional structures are being reorganised. The full scale of the division in Poland's largest opposition party will only become clear in the coming weeks.
