Tour de France returns to Champs-Elysées — Stage 21 cut short due to wildfires

Stage 21 of the Tour de France returned to Paris, finishing on the Champs-Elysées after the peloton climbed Montmartre three times. The stage was shortened so that security forces could be redeployed to areas affected by wildfires. Paris once again served as the grand finale of the race.
