Neighbour feud over balcony smoking sparks viral stairwell notes

A resident shared online notes that appeared in his apartment block's stairwell, in which neighbours complained about cigarette smoke and smell coming from his balcony. The man has been smoking on his balcony for years and felt directly targeted by the anonymous notices.
