Romania shoots down third Russian drone in three days, blames Moscow
A Romanian fighter jet shot down a third drone that had entered its airspace in three consecutive days, safely destroying it 12 kilometres northeast of Sulina in the Danube Delta. President Nicușor Dan condemned Russia's actions as "inadmissible and intolerable," noting that Romanian airspace is simultaneously NATO and EU airspace. The incidents are linked to Russian strikes on Ukraine's Danube region that have repeatedly spilled across the border.
