Polish Tax Authority Finds 9.4m Złoty in Irregularities Among Doctors

Poland's National Revenue Administration (KAS) conducted 82 tax audits of self-employed doctors over the past year and a half, uncovering irregularities totalling more than 9.4 million złoty, according to Gazeta Wyborcza. The audits targeted methods used by doctors to reduce their tax liabilities. The findings suggest widespread use of tax-minimising schemes among medical professionals running sole-trader businesses.
