Biedronka and Lidl Return Policies: When Stores Can Refuse a Refund
Polish supermarkets Biedronka and Lidl are not legally required to accept returns of unused goods simply because a customer changed their mind — this obligation applies only to online purchases. Returns are guaranteed by law in cases of faulty goods, with retailers liable under warranty for two years from the date of purchase. Each chain may voluntarily offer a more generous return policy, but this is not obligatory under Polish law.
