Colombian cyclist rides onto A1 motorway near Łódź — didn't know Polish road rules

A 39-year-old Colombian national rode his bicycle onto the A1 motorway towards Łódź, explaining he was unfamiliar with Polish road rules. Separately, in Skierniewice, an off-duty police officer stopped a cyclist who had over 3 per mille of alcohol in his blood. Łódź police are urging cyclists to act responsibly.
