France wildfires: 250,000 evacuated as flames approach Bordeaux

Wildfires in France have forced the evacuation of 250,000 people. As the flames approached the city of Bordeaux overnight, a further 55,000 residents were evacuated from their homes. The blazes represent one of the most serious recent environmental disasters in France.
