New Workplace Temperature Limits From 2026 — Full of Exceptions

Poland's Ministry of Family has drafted regulations setting a maximum permissible workplace temperature, due to take effect in 2026. However, the regulation includes numerous exceptions, meaning many workers will not benefit from the new rules. Certain industries already operate under separate health-and-safety temperature standards.
