ESCAPADE probe photographs Earth and Moon from hundreds of thousands of km away

One of the ESCAPADE mission probes captured simultaneous images of Earth and the Moon from hundreds of thousands of kilometres away, in both visible light and infrared. The shots were taken to verify the performance of key instruments before the spacecraft begins its primary mission to study Mars.
