Vietnamese freighter sinks in South China Sea — 23 crew members missing

Vietnamese freighter Khoi Nguyen 18 sank in the South China Sea. Chinese rescue services saved 39 of the 62 crew members on board, while the fate of the remaining 23 people remains unknown. A search and rescue operation is ongoing.
