Messi and De Paul to miss this year's MLS All-Star Game

MLS officially confirmed that Inter Miami's Lionel Messi and Rodrigo De Paul will not play in Wednesday's All-Star Game in Charlotte. Both players recently featured at the North American World Cup, where Argentina finished as runners-up. The league ruled out any disciplinary action against either player.
